Giving Meaningful Feedback

Constructive feedback is essential to creating a productive work environment. A feedback discussion is an opportunity to share your observations about job performance, give appreciation for a job well done, discuss learning opportunities, and plan for career development.  It is also an opportunity to brainstorm more productive courses of action.

Many supervisors are hesitant to give feedback, especially corrective feedback.  During this workshop, we will discuss effective ways to prepare for and handle feedback discussions and overcome issues that may be holding supervisors back.
