Harassment Prevention and Diversity in the Workplace

With harassment claims on the rise, it is increasingly important to educate managers about what constitutes harassment in the workplace, and what they can do to prevent it. Participants in this important training will learn the differences between quid pro quo and hostile work environment harassment, will gain an understanding of legal aspects of harassment and what the law states, and will gain an understanding of their legal responsibilities under the law.
This workshop also includes a discussion about the importance of a diverse workplace, the legal requirements that drive diversity and what the manager’s role is in encouraging and supporting a diverse work environment.
