Managing a Multi-Generational Workplace

Currently there are four distinct and different generations in the workforce. Each generation is characterized by different values, characteristics, strengths, and challenges. This workshop is designed to help supervisors manage and motivate employees as individuals while taking into consideration the generations of which each is a member.
