Pregnant Workers Fairness Act: What You Need to Know

The Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) went into effect on June 27, 2023. On April 15, 2024, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission issued its final regulations to carry out this law.  These final regulations go into effect June 18, 2024.
